All appointment types require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Clients will be charged the full price of the appointment for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance and no-shows.

Fees are due prior to the appointment. Money transfers must be completed before your appointment time.

Clients with outstanding balances will not have the ability to book future appointments. Balance must be zero in order to book appointments.

Clients are responsible for accessing adequate technology to engage in their appointment. Murcko Psychotherapeutics is not responsible for technical difficulties, and does not offer refunds in these cases.
